Please always contact your pharmacy first, and have them send us a refill request.

Please always contact your pharmacy 3-5 business days before your prescription will be out to give time for the refill to be processed.

Refills are not considered an urgent matter and will be handled by the available staff during business hours.

You can contact us regarding prescription refills by phone or email!

Do we see patients via Telehealth?

Yes! We primarily have Telehealth appointments at this time, but do offer in-person appointments at our office in Gresham, Oregon. We have less scheduling flexibility for in-office appointments, so you may find Telehealth is more convenient.

Do we see patients via Telehealth?

WE can see patients with Care Oregon medicaid on a limited contract that requires the patient have Autism Spectrum Disorder, or an Intellectual Developmental Disability.

Unfortunately, we cannot see patients with Care Oregon insurance who do not have this diagnosis.

We provide limited appointments to patients with Care Oregon for assessments for ASD and IDD. If you are interested, please submit an appointment request form.

After your appointment request form is submitted, it will be passed to our providers for review.

Our providers will determine if we are able to provide services, and who may be the best fit.

After that, our office manager will reach out to the contact listed on the request.

Accepted patients will be asked to complete additional paperwork online, and once that is submitted the patient will be placed on the official scheduling waitlist.

What is the new patient acceptance process?

We are able to determine if you are eligible to see us and if your insurance is in network, but the best way to determine your eligibilty and benefits for our services is to contact your insurance directly and ask them for more information about your co-payments and deductible.

For out-of-network insurance companies, ask your insurance about your reimbursement benefits.
